I got a call from Steve at Tire Warehouse today. He is going to offer our drivers some unbelievable bargains if we want tires installed the day of the rally.
From what he was saying we are going to be getting the deal of a life time so if you need tires you may want to wait until we get more information from Steve.
I'll keep you all posted. Maybe he will chime in with the details.

Hi Everyone- Tire Warehouse is excited to be a part of this years New England Rally. As promised, we will offer any participant a very special deal on tires to save you money in appreciation of your involvement. My plan is to line up tire options that each participant wants, give you an unbelievable deal, and let you get them installed at the Woonsocket site. We will also have Nitrogen Inflation installed as a promotional kick off for each participant. This will keep the tires running at their best and provide added safety too. Feel free to let me know what you would like and I will have our store team get the best prices on the sizes you need. We stock over 200000 tires and have fantastic offers on our strongest brands. If you would like a sample of tires we sell, you can reach out to our web site at www.tirewarehouse.net. Our most popular brands are Goodyear-Dunlop-Michelin-BF Goodrich-Continental-General-Yokohama and a wide range of value brands. Our hope is the schedule your bay time before the driving event starts to install tires before you leave Woonsocket. If you need another option, let me know. Thanks Steve McGrath VP Marketing Tire Warehouse Central s.mcgrath1@tirewarehouse.net

Can you PM me a price on a set of 225/45/17 Bridgestone Potenza RE070's for the day of the event? Or some Parada Spec2's? Or some A032R's... Looking for what the best price will be out of some tires like that... Sticky with a halfway decent roadlife.

That rocks Steve!! Thanks for the info.
I'm thinking we will have people start arriving at 9am. That will give us 3 hours for registration, people to do their shopping and get everything squared away, sticker the cars and eat. I think that should be plenty of time to allow us to depart at 12:00pm sharp.
Tire Warehouse is already one of the least expensive places to get tires from. With the discount Steve is offering I'm sure people will be quite happy with the prices.
I cant wait!

To answer an earlier question, I don't believe they carry Falken's. I ended up getting mine online. The new Yokohama street/track tire that came out this year is getting really good reviews and might be worth checking into. I'll be damned if I can remember the name right now but if you ask them about it I'm sure they'll know.

If you are going to want tires at the starting location and they are not common tires, Email Steve at s.mcgrath1@tirewarehouse.net and let him know what you want so he can have them there for you.
Tell him your Name, Tire type and sizes and how many you want.
We want everyone to get the tires they want so let him know what you want. I don't want to see anyone miss out on the bargains he is offering so don't forget.

Well... Just don't ask people how much they paid for the tires they get. You don't want to pour salt on the wound lol.

We got 4 tires mounted, balanced, nitrogen inflated, and installed for $230, and I'm very happy with them. They grip great for the price. Will we be starting there again next year? My Z's rear tires are bald, I'm sure you remember why Sean.

That's a sweet bargain. Too bad you didn't bring the Z that price can't be beat.
No we are not starting in RI next year. That I can promise.
