yesterday, two cars washed, waxed, and detailed. yep, blame me for the rain last night. I put a buffer to the Mustang yesterday afternoon as well. I'll take some of the blame too.

Okay, dash mount looks great but we need to work a bit on your shifting. 1,500 miles should do it....

Noah, when you guys going up, Thurs night or Friday? still undecided... Dusty's woman still wants to go up Thurs night, but I think we'll be fine going up friday morning. Google maps says 2 hours door to door... BFD.. It takes me just over 90 minutes to Wawa, and its about the same distance to wawa as it is Tire Warehouse, so i dont think it will be a big deal. And btw... I'll probably be doing the rally on Snow Tires... Unless I can get a STUPIDLY good deal on tires, which i doubt, as 225/45/17 are expensive. EDIT: But they are Toyo SnowProxies, which are Z rated Snow Tires...

I posted with love for ya! Every manual vehicle is different. My first manual was driving my Dad's Ford Excort wagon back in 1985. Once I was comfortable I went to my Mom's Toyota Corolla and just about gave both of us whiplash. See you in a couple days!

So you're going up towards Worcester? Sounds good... I could meet you at the Hopeville Pond exit off RT395, at the RT201 park & ride by the RT395 overpass.... Pick a time! RT201 is one of my favorite backroads : ) Call me. I just sent you a PM with my number. Chris F., you're more than welcome to meet up with us along the way, maybe at RT290/RT6? : )

It's like little rust droplets that are perma stuck on the side. I even put Goo-Gone and Bug & Tar remover on it with no luck. I finally gave up and just waxed them in. The Cobalt brake pads I have on the car now stop on a dime and give you change back but the dust is BRUTAL on your wheels and side panels.

time for some of that 3M protective film on the body. Not too sure about the wheels though. It may too late but www.griotsgarage.com may have something. We use their products on the drag cars. Their gunk remover works well on rubber stuck to paint.

Sean. Denatured Alcohol on a rag... TRUST me. It took BAKED ON soot off my back bumper after NOTHING would take it off... Trust me.. It'll take it RIGHT off..
And I'll give you a ring tonight or tomorrow... We can probably meet there, but not sure. I'm not sure if i'm staying Thurs night at Dusty's which is off of exit 90, or if I'm just gonna pick them up on the way... Probably pick them up on the way which means that I can meet you at that spot... I'm sure we'll figure something out...
And another note... Another note... Another day gone, NOTHING done to the car... Gonna try and bang as much out tonight as I can...

IF you guys want to meet farther up RT395 than the Hopeville Pond exit, that's fine. I'll be coming over RT201 to RT395N so I can shoot up a few exits to meet you somewhere more convenient. Just let me know as soon as you can and I'll let Brian know as well.
