That's awesome you are spreading the word. If your friends that are joining us they need to get in their payment for the hotel (If they are spending the night). I can't get rooms on the spot. They need to be paid for in advance. And to be 100% honest, You guys are going to want to spend the night. The Mount Washington Hotel is absolutely beautiful and if you don't stat you will be kicking your self. We will be meeting up at the farm at 10:00 am and we will try to be on the road by 11:00 am. I'll make an "official" post closer to the launch date. Ya, wouldn't be the first time I'd kicked myself, but most people are really out of their "comfort zone" on long trips. Since I made quite a splash on the BOMC club board about this, I feel I need to get them comfortable with a new group of folks before start talking about "sleepovers"... if ya know what I mean. I'm looking forward to the cruise (and the CT folks are in for a really long ride about 550 miles for the farthest away). The 2nd cruise I did with them I did 500 miles that day. www.putfile.com/pic.php?img=6248554As you can see at the 468 mile mark I was still averaging 27.1 MPG (I was coasting here). The previous BOMC cruises and other stuff can be seen on my homepage: www.putfile.com/sohcman/imagesA small group but they definitely some nice iron. We are looking forward to hookin' up with your team. SOHC

I'm sure if we want to pay the difference in the rooms they will give us anything we want lol.
I'll get a price from him for the jacuzzi rooms if ours don't have them.

Dinner at 5 would be great for us visitors. The CT and MA folks could be back on the road south by 6:30 or so. Looking forward to this cruise.

Even if we hit Harts we will still make the Costume Party.
I'd like to join them for dinner, but I have a feeling it will be a LOT more expensive than Harts lol. I'll call and see how much it is for hotel guests.

I just talked to Jeff at the Hotel. They can give us suites (The jacuzzi rooms) for 299.00 a night.
He is also looking into a group rate for the dinner they are having Saturday night.
I still like the Harts idea because it will be 1/3 the price of the hotel for dinner even if they discount it for us.

I don't need a jacuzzi for another $100
What is the regular cost for the Dinner? $79 is the non-guest rate...

I was thinking the same thing. She would have blast. We will stop at some nice scenic places to take some pictures so she will enjoy the "leaf peeping" part of the ride.
The costume party at the hotel should be fun too.

That would be very cool....3 generations in one car Besides, your mom would probable love spending some quality time with her son on an avdenture like this.
