I need to get everyone that will be broadcasting video to log into the conference so I can give you permission to broadcast video.
I need you to sign in in this format.
Number on list Name and codriver - (team if you want to have a team name)- vehicle type.
So using me and Karoline as an example it would look like this.
00 Sean and Karoline 300ZX
I set the default for the conference to not broadcast. So in order for you to broadcast I will need to give you permission. Then from that point every time you log in you will be able to broadcast.
I will leave myself logged into the conference to get everyone set up. Log in as soon as you can.

I'm not sure. It may work off of a cookie that saves to your computer once you get permissions. Either way I can give you permission again if you need it.

Yes at some point after this wee I would like to get everyone to log into the conference. it does not have to be at the same time, but i want to make sure everyone that will be broadcasting at least logs in before the rally. So we can work out any bugs they have.
We are also going to get everyone logged into the conference at the start of the rally.

Nah put it anywhere you are comfortable with. I'd suggest between the seats facing forward. Maybe make it so you can move it around. You may want to broadcast from the dash facing you or out the front.
I'm going to set ours bewteen the seats behind us facing front. We will be able to spin it around so you can see who is behind us as well.

I'm thinking about mounting mine in between the seats mounted to the back of the rear seat...
Should work well... Although depending on the co-pilot, there might have to be a few "blackout" periods... lol.. j/k..

We are signed up now! We're bringing the laptops regardless, but if there are any wireless cards left, we'll definitely take one!
