so i picked up a steeda tri ax shifter for the stang today and put it in, it is awesome. i expected something like what my short throw shifter in the celica was but this by far the greater one. i understand now why steeda charges $300 for them...luckily i found a guy that had one for sale that was used and got it for $50 lol. the throw is less then half of what it was, theres almost no vibration coming up through the rod, it pops in and out smoother and quicker, and the gear to neutral snap is awesome for double clutching.

I have to do the SS on my Z. It's way over due. And is a must have. It makes a huge difference.
You would not believe the issues I'm having right now. My water pump snapped in half. I got it fixed and now there is shaft play on the new one. It is causing the pulley to wobble in turn making teh fan wobble. It's so bad it feels like my engine is goign to fall apart. It's over at the shop again waiting for another wp ordered from nissan. 2 days before it's in. Oh joy.
Owning a Z is soooooo much fun lol
