I was talking with Pam at the Tire Warehouse and we have decided that it will be better for us to start the 2008 New England Rally at the Tire Warehouse in Orange Mass.
They have a large service department and more room for us in Orange than they do in Keene so we will start there.
The start date will still be August 1, and we will run until the 3rd. The only change is the starting location.
The address is, Tire Warehouse 561 E. Main St Orange, MA 01364 PLEASE MAKE NOTE OF IT!
Orange, Ma is about 30 minutes South of Keene, NH so if anyone has booked a hotel in Keene already it should not be much of an issue if you can't cancel it.
Let me know if you have any questions. I look forward to seeing you all there! Sean

Sean, I noticed on your intro screen you don't mention specific start and complete dates. I am assuming were going form Friday 8/1 to Sunday 8/3/08, correct?

What time are we supposed to be at the Orange, MA Tire Warehouse by on Friday Morning (9/1)? TOm-TOm says it's ~3 hr's from home so I'm trying to see if it's worth it to drive up the night before or just hit it 1st thing in the morning.

Yeah... Kinda curious here too... We are about 2 hours from my house, or about 1 1/2 from dusty's... We've been debating coming up the night before since we'll already be doing so much driving...

I think Orange is about 2 hrs from me, but I will be going down to that area Thursday night and getting a hotel.
Last year was sweet, there was a hotel in the same parking lot as the Tire Warehouse. I need to mapquest it and see whats in the area.

Extended forecast? You'll be lucky if they can forecast TOMORROW correctly.. You can probably assume it will be like years.. ie., Sunny Hot Clowdy Rainy Lightning Dark foggy repeat as needed.

Sean, any do-it yourself or touch-free car washes near the start area in Orange, MA? The cobalt pads I'm running stop on a dime but dust up REAL FAST, sending brake dust all over the side of the car. I'd like to get it cleaned as close to the start area as possible so that I won't be applying stickers over metallic dust.
