I have to say that I never wanted a jammer before because I wasn't confident from any of the tests that I've seen that they worked well enough to depend on. I believe that opinion has changed John. LS seems to be a hell of a product.
How well does 1 sensor work on a small car like the lancer? Is 1 enough for the front?

I recommended both jammer heads to be put up front since that is a white car but he wanted just a head up front and this weekend install the rear jammer head. Matter of fact the white lancer guy was hit yesterday at about 500ft and now he has his 1st save.

Correct me if I'm wrong (nothing new) but isn't normal install two up front (usually in the grill) and one in back on the top of the rear liscense plate frame?

Well...Skimobile... With the older style jammers that have much lower power for jamming it was necessary for atleast 2 jammer heads and atleast a single head in the rear. But with the older style jammers being LED based its pretty easy to get a punch through (reading and distance) at long and even short distances or matter of fact any distance. Times have changed and came along the Diode laser jammer (75-100 watts compared to a LED jammer 4-5 watts) ie. Blinder, Escort ZR3, Bel LP 904/905 and others). Depending on the size of the car and color a single head laser diode with proper detection and software like the laser star can very well protect the front and rear with alot better jamming success compared to muliable heads of a LED based jammer. For the total protections I do recommend like i did to my client of the white lancer put the 2 heads up front then upgrade to a 3rd head for the rear since 90-95% are frontal shots. We did some testing with a silver 300C with the new Blinder M-45 Xtreme and it did not perform as advertised and it was pretty easy to get a reading pass 1000 feet and in the jammer field anything past 300 feet is unacceptable because of very short range police lidar traps so to gain any advantage they can have. blinderxtreme.blogspot.com/Granted the older M20 and M40 blinder laser jammer worked alot better then the more expensive models but the newer models performed far worse.
