i was just in portsmouth today, we had lunch at the redhook brewery. they've got plenty of parking there, and are reasonably close to some hotels as that's a pretty business-heavy area near the 'tradeport.'
it looked really familiar - it's an exact replica of their brewery in washington state. heh.

That might be a little TOOO tempting as a rally stop. It might be hard to get anyone off the bar stool

How about a University crawl? State University of Plattsburgh, Plattsburgh, NY nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo I went to school there and it sucked ass. It will probably still be cold in August... haha Well how about the overnight ending somewhere with a beach nearby? That would be sweet. I just googled a few how's Old Orchard Beach? I'm not really from NE so I'm not 100% familiar with tons of things. I would love to do Martha's Vineyard but that would be really tricky. Cape Cod would be mobbed wouldn't it given the time of year? But maybe that could be an option.... You know a good ending point would be Six Flags it has historical value to it somewhere.... Sam Adams Brewery?

I'm sure I could get Jim Cook on board. I'll have to talk to him and see if we can work something out.
But... That means Boston again lol.

hmmm boston as final destination instead of overnight? that would mean ppl could get hotels if they went drinking and it'd be closer to most participants then NH lol

I like the ending point idea for Boston. Yeah Sam=God. I'm not a huge beer drinker and I <3 him lol. I was excited you had Boston as the overnight, but as an ending point would be even better. That way you get to do more on your own time if you wanted cause there's SO much to do there!

Ben & Jerry's outside Burlington, VT for a checkpoint. Get a pint for the road. Sam Adams for the finish would be awesome. I believe there's a microbrewery up by Sugarbush VT that gives tours/samples as well. Long Trail or Red Hat, or something like that....it's all a blur

Ben & Jerrys + Beef Jerky + Redbull = FTW! I wonder if we can get Ben & Jerrys to make Redbull Ice Cream. Or I wonder how a Redbull Float would taste.. hmmm...
