Best suggestion I can give you is to bring the car to SWIFT and have them do it for you.

That's a dry kit, I would suggest getting a wet kit. If you ran that kit you would most likely either have to run a bigger injector size to compensate which would kill your MPG off the nitrous unless you used an EMS to control it....or use a secondary fuel rail to supply the fuel while on the bottle. It's been awhile since I've dealt with nitrous so there may be other ways I don't know about... After you pick the kit they are easy enough to install yourself so you can save a few bucks but like Sean said I would take it to a quality tuner afterwards to get it dyno-tuned so you get the most out of the system. As far as monitoring you can get a fuel pressure gauge and/or wideband installed for piece of mind. I have an AEM UEGO wideband in my Civic and it's pretty nice and does the job and wasn't a bad price comparatively.

i'm just going to be using this kit temporarily, just want to add some extra fun over the weekend for aug1st, yes its a dry kit and install pretty easy u just needed to know how to adjust fuel, but i'll ask one of my instructors from "super street" and "hot rod" when i get to school tomorrow, they might know a lil trick
my plan is to have a port injection kit installed and tuned in the near future.

DO NOT install that dry kit if you dont have a way to bump your fuel pressure... You will blow up your car with a quickness... Sell it and buy a wet kit, or buy a solenoid, line & nozzle and turn this kit into a wet kit.
What kind of kit is it? NOS? ZEX? NX?

Well.. On our first Z I had a 50 shot "dry" ZEX kit with WOT switch. I loved it, but... I blew the head gasket in 3 months of having it installed. I hit the gas one day shooting a nice boost into the engine.... and POOF.
When I end up with another nitrous kit I am going "wet".
I'd hate to see you on the side of the road somewhere in the middle of nowhere because of a little extra boost gone bad.
Remember.. we are going to be in some out of the way places.

I would either have it prof. done or wait. Too much to risk, especially on a long run liek this.
Imagine blowing up in the first hour or at the farest point from civilization. Not good.

if your motor is built to take sudden bursts of temperature and compression then it's a calculated risk. if you didn't rebuild your engine to be bulletproof, then just adding something like nitrous increases your risk of stuff like blown gaskets and god forbid you do it to an interference motor and lose your timing ...
i see nitrous as a faustian bargain. you get something for nothing (or little) money, but you will pay the price later.

Forget the nitrous, how about a supercharger. I hear Roush's new kit takes the new Mustang GT up to 701bhp!
Then you get to wear one of those great T-shirts that say: "Bottles are for babies. Real men get blown!"
