Ya I dunno if you'll be getting a number if you're going to continue to be staff. It's confusing for the checkpoint people if non-participants have numbers.

You know Ash you could just get big letters that say 'Film Crew' or something like that for your car. Then you can feel offical... even though they're not numbers. Just a thought!

They don't have to leave ALL of the stickers on the cars. Just the rear windshield.

My ION still has the sticker remnants attached to my car from last years august rally if that counts. there's a big ole 2 on my hood and driver side door. Oh and there's smudged NER 1500 miles, 6 states, 3 days deal on my back window... yeah any recomindations for getting that off? lol

ON the window it's easy just use a razor blade/scraper to take off the stickers and rub off any glue residue with goo-gone and a rag.

Does goo-gone work without hurting the paint on the body itself though?
Also it's not the stickers just like the sticky part that got baked on in the sun if that makes sense. What was left after I got the sticker off...

spray with Simple Green, peel off by hand (finger-nail), goo-gone to finish then wash and wax!

Not a problem, the window stickers will remain. (I think all the stickers are still on the car)
