Matt and I had a great time. Great weather, great people, great ride. We specially appreciated the "roller coaster" ride in Maine. :-) I posted my photos on gorally.net

Great pictures Frank. I just had a thought while looking at them. Why don't you watermark your photos? They may turn up on the website at some point and you should absolutely get notariety for them.
I suggest the same to anyone that wants to.

Sometimes I do, sometimes I don't. It all depends of the pictures. If these were full res, I would. But for the most part the pictures that I post are small/low res images with limited publishing appeal. Great pictures Frank. I just had a thought while looking at them. Why don't you watermark your photos? They may turn up on the website at some point and you should absolutely get notariety for them. I suggest the same to anyone that wants to.

Somewhere between RT125 and RT1, we passed a stretch of road with 5 or 6 hills. They were steep. Very steep. To the point that a car in front of you would look like it had just gone over a cliff. It literally would disappear and you had not idea that the drop was coming up. It was fun. No one was going obscenely fast since the road was winding and narrow. I don't think anyone got airborne. But came close for some of us... What Roller coaster ride in Maine? What route/road? DO-TELL!

Morse rd in Maine. It was like a crazy roller coaster. first few dips were pretty big and then you hit one and almost everyone got air lol. You could feel the loss of ground under you. It was a great road.

We came close enough to airborne that traction control kicked in and we could hear the rear tires screeching.. yikes! Somewhere between RT125 and RT1, we passed a stretch of road with 5 or 6 hills. Yeah and I almost went weeeee in my damn pants. I didn't think Durangos were engineered to catch air! Surprise, surprise... so between me laughing, crying, praying, gripping the 'oh shit handle' and hoping to God the beast didn't roll over I'm trying to take pictures... it didn't work out so well lmfao. Yeah I came off my seat at one point it was fun but I would have liked to have been a wee bit lower to the ground!

you mean you couldnt take pictures in those conditions?!? ;D my favorite was praying that the durangos squeeking, overheated brakes would stop that truck... Yeah and I almost went weeeee in my damn pants. I didn't think Durangos were engineered to catch air! OMFG all of a sudden I go "Eric what is that burning smell!?" then he's like "Oh shit that's my breaks." and the entire way down that stupid mountain I was plotting how I was going to KILL him if we survived. SUV's are not meant to do 65 around hairpin turns the warning label on the visor says so! I think I'm still mad about that actually lol...
