My name is Curtis. Im from Orange MA. I found out about this rally since you guys started right here at the Tire Warehouse. I was lucky enough to have gotten out of work early that Friday and be driving by on my way home. I stopped and checked it out and Ive been waiting for the 09' rally ever since. Im hoping to sign up in the next few weeks but my car is still awaiting its new motor which should be done well before the rally.

I am planning on doing the 09 rally. My spare cash has just been tied up in this project of mine. I saw the spring run on here too. Also interested in that, I was just waiting for more details to be released. As for what I drive. I drive a 1996 Mustang. It once was a V6 with a 5 speed but the project is an overhaul of the previous drivetrain. Ive got waiting to go in a 4.6L DOHC V8 with a t45 tranny, aluminum driveshaft and a 8.8 Rear end. So pretty much Im turning my car into a Cobra model but without the cobra appearance. I plan on getting a few other thing Ive been wanting to do like new seats and upgraded suspension before the spring time also. here are a few pics. My car before. After a little mishap on a tow truck which involved the chain coming off and my car sliding into the light bar on the flat bed. The paint on the bumper is all messed up and has a hole in it and the driveres fender got pushed out of alignment too.Damage is being fixed at the tow company's cost once my car is back on the road. As it sits now, but in the garage instead.

Very nice Mustang! I had a 84 when I was 18. Me and my dad swapped the 2.3L I-4 for a 5.0 V8. I added a T-56 because my friends dad had one laying around and they made us a good deal. My dad used to build Ford race cars, so I had alot of help from him. I had to sell it, because I didnt have anywhere to put it at the time. I really miss it, it was quite the ride. I also had a AE86 daily driver that I had to part with back then. 18 was no fun for me at all. I would love to buy another mustang at the end of 09, but I want to try my luck at this www.factoryfive.com/photogalleries/roushcoupe/roushcoupe7.jpg

Yeah, I like factory 5's stuff. My ex girlfriends dad had one of their cobra replicas with a semi built 5.0 in it. That thing moved pretty good between the power and how little it weighs

I can imagine, I bet that was quite the ride. Low weight and high power makes for a very fun experience.
Well Curtis, Im headed off the the pie table. It looks lonley all by its self over there.
Keep us updated on your Mustang.
