As many of you remember, I got that little-ol driving to endanger ticket in Aug., wrote the judge to see if I could plead out of court because of the distance involved (W. Bath, ME to Westerly, RI). They agreed and I paid my due in Oct. 08. Today (1/30) I get a notice in the mail that, a) since I pleaded quilty, starting in mid Feb my license to drive in the State of Maine is revoked for 30 days and b) that if I had a Maine drivers license, I'd have to surrender it and pay $35 to get it back in a month. Well, since I don't have a Maine license, the Government of the State of Maine can just PIS#-OFF! You won't be seeing me spend any of my hard earned imcome tax refund in your state! (...at least not till April)

Good news is... Screw 'em!
Frightening is that it appears that they don't know who has a Maine license or not.
Oh well, back to moose-tipping.
April?

April is when the whole license issue will be blown over. Plus I want to get up to the North Face outlet in Freeport around then.
