82 in a 55... Well in NY, you have to mail the ticket in with your plea, then they tell you how much the ticket will be.
Who wants to guess how much the great State of NY decided to fine him with?

How much you want to bet that his ticket will be more than Stephs, even though they were both pulled over at the same time : )

Man,
I live in VT and got bagged in MA for 84 in a 65 and only got hit for $150.
I guess I can't complain. Well, I can, he picked me out of a pack of 6 cars all going together.
NY, is he a resident? I'll guess $250.
Outta state $350.

My record is 88 in a 55 in MA and that was 285.00
We got stopped for 89 in a 55 in NH..... He let me off with a warning. Talk about a happy Sean.
I can't complain about NH troopers. They have been really nice to me. I've been pulled over half a dozen times and only for 1 ticket.
We won't even talk about my old exhausts. We got pulled over 9 times in 1 day in NH during bike week. No tickets just a lot of hastles and warnings.

i'ma guess between 400 and 450. $
One night i was racing a fox body gt and my friends 98 v6 mustang down rt 24 in MA, I broke speeds of 120 mph lost the v6, the fox kept up with me, but then he broke hard and took an exit so i slowed down enough for my buddy to catch up, after coming off the 24/ 93 split to go south i noticed my buddy changed lanes all the way to the far right, just in time for me to notice a state trooper pulling out into the travel lane, so the second i slowed down and switched lanes , his blue lights came on. However the first words out of his mouth was " That was Some nice driving kid" then came the license reg and proof of insurance, (which i don't need proof in ma i don't think ) and how he estimated me going around 95 cause thats how fast he had to go to start to "catch up" Any way he noticed the active service police sticker from 1993 i had tapped to my window in the back and i explained to him it was my fathers and that he was a boston cop for almost 30 years before he passed away that year, so he took me out of the car and screamed at me for a good 15 minutes about how I'm going to kill myself and , "am i f**king Stupid" and so on ,then he told me , wait here, when back into his car wrote me a warning for 65 in a 55. told me he wasn't going to write me a citation because it was my first offense and out of respect for my father. Whew!! lol so that was my first real stop by the police.
reason for my long story is he said i was looking at about 480 $ worth of a ticket lol so thats how i figure $400-450

I have no clue, i have only gotten one speeding ticket and it was in NH one week after I switched my license from NH to MA, if I still had my NH license I am sure I would have been let off with a warning...I don't even remember how much, but I am going to guess that the ticket was in the area of $700

You lucky bastard!!!! I got hit doing 89 on I93 and my ticket was $350. I think the bitch just didn't like me. I go to court next month for it.
Radar detectors don't always help.. I have one, and it was on at the time too.

Instant on owned you!
You can't beat Instant On (I/O) radar. That's where a good set of eyes comes into play.
