After some long thoughts and for several reasons I decided to sell the Mustang.
The new owner took the title and keys tonite...
It will be a couple years before I figure out what I'm going to do (no Dave, I can't buy your RX-7) bu tI still have the truck and the Accord to come out and play.
Hope everyone is well and see y'all July 31!!!!

You could drive it across the ice when the lakes freeze : ) Too light to sink easy
I would have said, go buy a SUBARU! ... but that would have sounded pretty biased, lol.

Well Dale, for the right price, and it would not be cheap, I could possibly be convinced to give up the RS4... It is a hard thought to actually put the title and keys to the RX7 in the hands of someone else. But so far no one has taken the car, not that I have actually listed it anywhere. -Dave

Just a quick heads up dale, you will be underwhelmed with the GTR, I have some friends with them, and they like other cars much better. Just what I have heard...

I'm hearing stuff like $750 oil changes for those as well. It's still a performance bargain @ it's selling price.

the gtr is a nice ride i like it a lot, got to drive one. however, modding them is hard unless you know the right person at a dealership who can decode the pcm. i guess Nissan protected it somehow. and i dislike how some models will shut down if excess 120 mph

I can assure that it does not shut down at 120 mph. I can not comment on anything beyond 135 mph.

I know in Japan they were speed limited through GPS to only allow a certain speed unless it determined you were at/on a racetrack location..... Damn things are getting too smart. The US version I don't know about speed limiting (would assume 135) but have heard warnings about broken transmissions while using it's launch control feature (launch revs set too high causing too much strain on the awd drivetain and Ka-boom).

Evo 8 is speed limited to 157mph, and I heard they don't have launch control in new GTR anymore because of too many transmission launch control system problems PS: in Ferrari ENZO you have to change your clutch after 3 launches

Launch voids the waranty the second you push that button. And the computer keeps track of where and when you pushed it. I heard of a few people that blew the trans and brought it in only to get a HUGE bill and a lecture on how you are not supposed to use the feature.
When you buy it they even make you sign a statement saying that you won't use launch or you know it voids the waranty.
Soooo I suggest you don't get curious lol.

lol oooppssssss
I know i can do 160 dave can atest to it, but im not sure if that is because of ECU or b/c of gear but when i hit that i still had a lil more RPM range so i think i might be ECU
